Brainy’z is an Israeli EdTech company founded on the belief that effective learning happens when it is shared – when people learn together through conversation, practice, decision‑making, and collaboration. In an age where personal screens can lead to isolation, we choose to make technology a tool for connection.
Our solution – Brain Station – is a unique platform that combines a digital interface, tangible objects, movement, and sound to create a collaborative, accessible, and dynamic learning environment. The system is protected by an international patent and is already in use across ~200 education and welfare institutions nationwide.
The platform serves a broad range of populations – from kindergartens and elementary schools to special education and senior centers – and includes rich content in Hebrew, English, and Arabic.
We continually expand the system’s capabilities, including tools for creating user‑generated content (UGC) and AI‑based personalization – to deliver an adaptive, simple, and accessible learning experience.
How It All Began
Brainy’z began in 2018, when entrepreneur Dov Rotshtein, together with his wife Tzipi — an educational counselor specializing in life skills — founded the company. They recognized the gap between technology’s potential and its real‑world use in learning environments, and set out to develop a simple, intuitive, and profoundly group‑centered solution.
Over the years, the company grew, expanded its team and product line, and earned broad academic and institutional recognition. In 2021, Yiftah Geva joined as CEO to lead scale‑up, product maturation, and entry into international markets.

Our Team
Yiftah Geva – CEO
A seasoned executive with 30+ years in global hi‑tech. Managed a business unit at Amdocs and held senior roles at Comverse, including a five‑year posting in the U.S. Led R&D, marketing, and international sales teams across several startups. CEO of Brainy’z since late 2021, leading strategy, growth, and fundraising.
Dov Rotshtein – Founder & COO
A serial entrepreneur with deep experience in the defense industry. Former program manager at Elbit; later an independent contractor serving leading defense companies (Rafael, Elbit, IAI). Founded Brainy’z in 2018 with his wife Tzipi, an educational counselor specializing in life skills, with a vision to develop technology that connects people and advances collaborative, values‑driven, and inclusive learning. Leads product development, distribution, and operations.
